Mountain Haven Cooperative Homes is a mixed equity housing cooperative.  Thirty one of its 43 townhomes are limited equity units while 12 will be available on a non-equity basis.  The resale prices on the limited equity units will be capped, thus ensuring perpetual affordability. Construction started in the spring of 2006. The units are being built in a factory and assembled on site.  The interiors of the units are completely finished offsite.  Members took occupancy in 2008.
