Cave Avenue Cooperative Homes is a home ownership co-operative in Banff developed by Arctos & Bird Ltd to which Communitas provided project management services. The project is designed to be energy efficient and environmentally friendly, is constructed to a LEED silver standard, and has been certificed under the Alberta "Built Green" program. The cooperative was occupied in Fall 2005.
