Artists Urban Village is a non-profit society dedicated to the provision of quality affordable housing options for workers in Edmonton´s professional arts. As its first project, it is partnering with Arts Habitat Association of Edmonton to assist with the development of a 16 suite cooperative for artists.

Arts Habitat Association of Edmonton is in the process of developing a continuing housing cooperative for professional artists or those engaged by non-profits arts associations. It has purchased a 16 suite newly built housing development located on 118 avenue in the heart of Edmonton's newest artists community. The building will be ready for occupancy in May 2010.
