OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Aug. 4, 2010) - Today, the Government of Canada named the first project under its EQuilibrium™ Communities Initiative. The Honourable Christian Paradis, Minister of Natural Resources, and the Honourable Diane Finley, Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development and Minister Responsible for Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, announced $481,000 in funding for the Station Pointe neighbourhood development in Edmonton, Alberta.
